Endress+Hauser has succeeded in producing a perfect mixture in the new Deltapilot S model. The climateproof Contite measuring cell continues to be the heart of the instrument, surrounded by the tried and tested modular concept of the Endress+Hauser high-class Cerabar S and Deltabar S measuring devices.

Half of all level measurements in present-day process instrumentation are taken by hydrostatic pressure devices. The hydrostatic Deltapilot S sensor has been one of the most successful instruments of the Endress+Hauser product range. Outstanding properties in particularly sophisticated applications like foaming media, pastes or aggressive liquids have made Deltapilot S a bestseller.

The new Deltapilot S FMB70 model now integrates the tried and tested climateproof Contite cell into the modular instrument platform of Cerabar S

and Deltabar S. Housing, electronics and displays are interchangeable.

Apart from the modularity, Deltapilot received an extensive safety packages by this marriage. The instrument has been developed in accordance with SIL 2 and features a two-chamber housing and extensive diagnosis functionality as well as the HistoROM/ M-DAT process data memory.
