How to get started:
Contact your Sales associate directly to start the process. They will provide you pricing for our various in-house services.
You will receive return instructions and a decontamination form that must be fully completed and sent along with the devices being shipped.
To ensure there are no delays due to safety and handling of the device, please ensure your device is properly cleaned and the decontamination form attached.
Our competent Service team will keep you updated on progress, diagnosis results and advise you of next steps. We are pleased to offer an online Service Ticketing system that provides you access to your Service order.
